Vex IQ Team
VEX VRC Team
Team 1: Vex IQ Vex United / Team 41229A
This team is the first international Vex IQ group (representing students from the United States and China). This team was World ranked:
- 1st in Qualifying Matches
- 3rd in Robot Skills
- 5th in Teamwork

Team 2: FIRST Tech Challenge Steel Serpents / Team 8509
FIRST FTC teams consist of middle and high school-aged students. They are challenged to design, build, and program (using Java) a robot to play a floor game against other teams’ creations.
The Steel Serpents won numerous awards at FTC competitions.
Team 3: FIRST Tech Challenge Team 7060
Team RobotiX, the nonprofit, was started as a result of this FTC team. They formed a 501 (c)(3) to help other teams and provide outreach to the community.
This team has won many awards and tournaments over the past four years. What an amazing group of kids!
Team 4: FLL Team Deep Fried Oreos / Team 7033
FIRST FLL teams are comprised of elementary and middle school-aged students (grades 4-8) to research a real-world engineering challenge, develop a solution, and compete with LEGO-based robots of their own design. This team won a research award in their first season.
Team 5: Jr. FLL Team (grade 3)
FIRST Jr. FLL (grades K-3) captures young curiosity by exploring real-world scientific challenges, learning teamwork, and working with motorized LEGO® elements.
This team showcases their work at schools and community events, encouraging others to participate.
Team 6: Vexothermic Vex IQ: Team 10325
This team made it to worlds in their first season. Winning multiple awards at local and state competitions.
Team 7: Jr. FLL Team (grade K)
This team started as a group in kindergarten, to learn about FIRST, teamwork, and building a mini robot.
